Pre-Performance Program is a combination of 2 supplements (Ultimate Pre-X and Reset) designed to enhance training endurance, as well as improving performance and recovery in sport horses during competitions that last several days.

This unique combination of supplements helps to:

• Promote faster conditioning.
• Improve endurance and exercise tolerance through increased aerobic capacity.
• Normal muscle recovery and recovery time after strenuous exercise.
• Neutralize tissue-damaging free radicals and maintain a normal inflammatory cytokine cascade.
• Supports normal circulation and blood oxygen parameters. It also may help maintain normal blood pressure, which also helps aid pulmonary health.
• Maintain healthy levels of glucose in the body by conversion of L-Glutamine.
• Ease aches and discomfort caused by training and competition.
• Train more often, which may produce improvements in win rates.
• Ease the discomfort associated with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness).

All these properties provided by Reset are due to the combinations of essential ingredients for horses, such as:

• ALA (Alpha-Linolenic Acid): is an Omega 3 fatty acid present in flaxseed oil. ALA helps maintain a normal inflammation response. It also plays an important role in supporting the health of a horse by enhancing its immune response, seasonal allergy response, gastric and muscle health.
  Horses that do not have access to grass or those that receive fortified grains may be getting too many omega-6 fatty acids, upsetting the ideal balanced ratio between the omega 3 and omega 6s. Supplementing with additional omega 3s is beneficial for these horses because it helps to bring them back to a natural balance, with a more normal response to inflammation throughout the body.
• CaHMB: is a metabolite of the amino acid Leucine. It supports normal muscle recovery and repair. It also promotes proper muscle metabolism in horses.
• Quercetine Phytosome: is an antioxidant Flavonoid. It helps maintain a normal inflammatory response, reducing inflammation associated with training and competition. It also neutralizes tissue damaging free radicals.
• L-Carnitine: provides antioxidant support, reducing oxidative stress. It also facilitates the recovery process after exercise and attenuates the side effects of high-intensity training by limiting the magnitude of exercise-induced hypoxia (oxygen depletion) and muscle fatigue.
• L-Arginine AKG: is a Nitric Oxide (NO) precursor. Nitric Oxide is important in blood vessels, as it signals the blood vessels to relax, promoting normal blood flow, which supports nutrients, amino acids, and oxygen delivery throughout the body and into cells.
• L-Glutamine: is the most abundant amino acid in the body, especially in muscle tissue. There is such great demand for its use in the body that production may not be able to keep up with consumption, so supplementing may be necessary. Glutamine supports normal muscle recovery, protects during exercise, and promotes a healthy immune system. It also can be converted to glucose by the body.
• D-Ribose: is an important component in the formation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) molecule, so it plays a crucial role in cellular bioenergetics. It supports muscle health after exercise and maintains physical performance. D-Ribose has also shown a benefit in limiting the increased production of oxygen free radicals the following stress.
• Betaine/TMG (trimethylglycine): is an antioxidant that also helps to protect against dehydration and stress associated with cell water loss.

Use Mode:

The Pre-Performance Program is individually packaged in aluminum pouches with a nitrogen barrier against oxygen for single use, ensuring they are preserved for extended periods, with the last pouch being as effective as the first. It is perfect for oral administration during or after meals.

This supplement is ideal for use in multi-day competitions. For example, in a three-day competition, it is recommended to give one pouch of Ultimate Pre-X each day before heading to the track to improve the horse's performance. After the effort, the horse should receive one pouch of Reset each day to aid muscle recovery and ensure it is in the best condition the following day.

Feeding examples should only be used as a guideline. Horses should be fed according to their weight, body condition, and the intensity of the work they perform.
